Our Delray Beach based client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering top-notch service to their valued clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
This role is 100% onsite

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients via inbound calls, actively listening to their needs.
• Efficiently pull up client profiles and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and forwarding requests to the relevant departments.
• Support administrative functions by stuffing envelopes, putting labels on postcards, folding T-shirts, and filing documents.
• Adapt to various tasks as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of the customer service department.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required.
