Beacon Hill Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client in Alpharetta, GA.

Our client is a medical device and healthcare company in Northern Atlanta looking for someone who has strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day
• Roughly 25 outgoing calls or emails per day
• Enter orders into the system
• Review and accurately process for same day shipping all incoming phone, faxed, and emailed orders
• Follow-up promptly with customers regarding prices requests, product information, tracking information, etc.
• Keep accurate records of internal and external customer interactions and transactions
• Maintain spreadsheet on returns
• Support Sales Representative as needed
• Proof and edit marketing materials and catalogs as needs
• Process credit card orders

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED is required
• 4-6 years if related experience in a customer service capacity
• Maintain monthly sales
• Excellent organization skills
• Detail oriented and self-motivated
• Consistently exhibit a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic
• Demonstrate professionalism in all dealings with inside and outside customers
• Strong technical skills
