Interior Designer Company has an amazing opening for a Customer Service Specialist.

Onsite, Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Specialist to join the team.

This role involves handling inquires, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skils.

Responsibilities:

Serves as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, chat and in-person by appointments

Respond promptly and professioanlly to customer inquires, concerns and complaints.

Provide accurate information about products to customers.

Will assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues.

Requrirments:

Previous experiene in customer service, onsite, office setting or interior design

Excellent communication skiils, both verbal and written

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Experince in Shopify, AirTable and Slack preferred.

Attentio to dtail and accurarcy in data entry and record-keeping.
