RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boca Raton, FL that is seeking a Data Analyst with AI Specialization.Responsibilities:- Perform detailed data analysis and validation using Python, ensuring accuracy and relevance to project objectives
- Utilize AI technologies, including LangChain, ChatGPT, and LangFlow, to enhance data analysis processes and outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify analytical opportunities to support decision-making
- Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to predict trends, patterns, and insights relevant to our business goals
- Generate reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies and methodologies
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our AI-driven platforms and solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis with a strong emphasis on AI applications
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy)
- Demonstrated experience with AI technologies such as LangChain, ChatGPT, and LangFlow, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear and actionable insights
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI capabilities
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate, particularly in retail open-ai
- Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., R, Java) is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
