Responsibilities

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for providing business data and analytics; tracking and prioritization of requests, balancing project requests and daily application maintenance.
2. Develop, test, document, implement and support advanced database and applications providing ad hoc/custom reporting, data intelligence and analytics; satisfying strategic needs across multiple business areas.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):
1. Collaborate with a team translating business requirements into advanced application developments choosing appropriate technical solutions and platforms providing accurate and timely solutions to the functional business areas.
2. Provide daily Reporting and Analytics support for data pertaining to the Customer Service business area.
3. Identify innovative solutions to challenging data requests and explain complex concepts and risks both simply and accurately to non-technical end users.
4. Provide project leadership to implement, improve, and/or utilize analysis, requirements / documentation, testing, implementation, and post implementation duties.
5. The development and execution of automated and/or manual reports; ensuring delivery of timely, accurate and relevant business intelligence.
6. Perform advanced reporting analytics support to all functional business areas, organizations, and departments relating to Customer Service data.

Skills and Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field with a minimum of 2+ years relevant experience preferred. Associates Degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems or related field with additional years of relevant experience and/or technical certifications would be considered.
2. Requires minimum of 2-4 years database and software development technical work experience.
3. Preferred experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge, and collaborating leadership skills with technical applications and business processes.

Skills/Abilities:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments.
3. Strong detailed orientation, analytical, and planning skills related to Data Warehousing concepts.
4. Working knowledge of data extraction techniques (ETL), data quality and presentation.
5. Proven self-directed ability to learn new technologies, solve complex technical issues and present complex information in an understandable compelling manner.
6. Data warehousing, data mining, reporting, data intelligence, and automation using tools such as: SQL, C#, ASP.Net, Visual Basic, SAP BW, MS Visual Studio, and Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS) / SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT).
7. Knowledge of SAP, technical hardware architecture, Windows operating system, network analysis and security concepts are beneficial.
