The Registered Nurse / Psych RN will work within a 19 bed voluntary Psych/Behavioral Health Unit that provides acute, short-term treatment for patients ages 18 and older in need of a safe, secure and therapeutic environment. The clinical treatment program is designed to return patients to their optimal levels of functioning as quickly as possible.

RN / Registered Nurse applicants should demonstrate a strong potential for excellence in clinical care, education, and quality improvement. You will have opportunities for leadership, mentorship, scholarship, and working with a dynamic nursing and leadership staff at Sibley Memorial Hospital.

Hours:

• PRN
• Days, 7a - 7:30p

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia
• Minimum of one-year current experience in an acute care setting
• CPR card
