We are seeking a talented, dynamic, and self-directed Demand Generation Manager to drive demand generation and lead acquisition for our industry leading cloud-delivered LTE network solutions for enterprise businesses, service providers and government organizations, and to extend our leadership in the 5G space. This is a unique opportunity to play a highly visible role in an exciting, industry-leading technology innovator as a part of our world-class marketing organization that is focused on delivering new business relationships and deeper customer engagement. The ideal candidate is assertive, data-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and a strong project manager able to multitask and problem-solve to ensure the success of campaigns. The Demand Generation Manager will report to the Sr. Manager of Programs and Campaigns to work closely with cross-functional teams to design, plan, manage and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate new pipeline and revenue acquisition. Key to success in the role are core analytical skills and demand marketing knowledge, leveraging data-driven insights, and customer intelligence from multiple sources to optimize targeting and personalize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities

  • Successful development and execution of strategic demand generation programs and campaigns including email, paid search, social media, and display to drive demand and acquire prospects
  • Lead day-to-day management of demand generation campaigns for full range of B2B sectors (commercial, public) and segments (enterprise, SMB)
  • Develop and execute demand generation and pipeline-building marketing programs and campaigns (digital, social media, direct, content syndication, events, webinars, etc.); identify opportunities to scale success of all demand generation campaigns
  • Drive qualified leads and optimize lead conversions to meet/exceed monthly marketing KPIs Collaborate with the ABM program team to develop and align customer journey and content roadmap; contribute to writing and editing emails, landing pages and additional content like webinars, ad copy, etc.
  • Ensure that brand messaging, tone and creative is consistently applied throughout content created by yourself, other copywriters and creative teams Report on actionable, quantifiable insights from marketing programs that can influence and guide future programs
  • Engage cross-functional teams--content, creative, product marketing, demand generation, events marketing, sales, customer success teams
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of multi-channel B2B demand generation experience with 3+ years' experience in campaign management (preferably in SaaS, IT, Networking)
  • Experience planning and executing different types of marketing campaigns: persona-focused, industry-specific, product-specific
  • Thorough understanding and practical application of buyer's journey and optimizing demand generation channels
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent communicator and team builder; knows how to build organizational support and credibility across multiple functions within the company
  • Self-starter with a strong predisposition for action and solving problems
  • Ability to write engaging emails, create landing pages, draft ad copy
  • A solid understanding of B2B marketing, sales funnel and demand generation metrics
  • Hands-on experience building and analyzing reports in Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce; Bizible, Drift, Engagio/Demandbase experience a plus!
  • Strong project management skills: able to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
