Job Title: Aesthetics Dental Business Partner

Location: Greater Vancouver Area, British Columbia

Job Description

This role is responsible for the prospecting, account acquisition, promotion and demand generation of Galderma Aesthetic products to Dentists. The Dental Business Partner has responsibility for the business planning and development of Dental HCP's for on label indications and promotion that aligns to Dental college scope of practice guidelines in the provinces of BC and MB

While increasing the total account base through the development of new accounts and the conversion of competitive accounts this role will grow the dental segment account base for Galderma Aesthetic products (Dysport and Restylane)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the expansion of Galderma's Aesthetics portfolio across dentists/dental clinics in a defined geography by:
  • Implementing the Galderma Aesthetic brands Plans of Action to increase sales, account development, penetration and market share
  • Owning and strengthening relationships and developing and cultivating productive relationships with new customers
  • Applying an understanding of customer business models and the Aesthetics industry to convert competitive accounts and actualize opportunities in dental.
    • Utilizing effective direct selling techniques and deep industry knowledge to drive sales
  • Confidently and credibly communicate key clinical data, study designs and study results and able to articulate key selling messages supported by data
  • Use and leverage virtual platforms and digital assets (Veeva email / engage. Microsoft Teams) to accelerate account engagement, penetration and development
  • Implement as required, clinical training programs and practice enhancement services with a forward view of what services can inflect the business short and longer term
  • Attend and actively participate in company sales meetings, team conference calls and other business meetings and conferences
  • Manage regional budgets and ensure timely reporting of all key metrics, eg Sales call activity, CME activity in Veeva
  • Leverage Veeva Data sets to accelerate account development
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company ethical standards and policies for business and compliance related matters.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Completion of post-secondary education, preferably a university degree with a Business or Science focus
  • Dental/Medical Device/Dental Device experience preferred with a minimum of 3-year track record of success in Business-to-Business sales role
  • Transactional or direct selling experience is required in this role
  • Demonstrated strong track record of consistent sales/performance success (such as sales performance, leadership, and/or increased responsibilities) required
  • Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning and challenging the status quo in the Canadian Aesthetic Market and/or Dental Market
  • A strong customer service orientation is required
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and develop market/business opportunities
  • Demonstrated scientific acumen with a proven ability to consolidate and simplify
  • Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented
