Beacon Hill is looking for cadidates to fill our Desktop Support role. Read below for more details

Description:

Responsibilities/Tasks and Duties:

- Work on employee returned machines

- Clean, run diagnostics, open warranty calls with Dell

-Backup data, help with any lab duties such as imaging, shipping, disposals

-Ability to lift up to 20 pounds; physical role

Software Knowledge needed: MSOffice, Windows Operating system

Years of on-the-job Experience Preferred/Required: 1+ year experience

Education Level Required: Highschool diploma or GED

Certifications Preferred: Dell Certified
