Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field and 2 year's experience or High School Diploma and 4 years' experience in Human Services or related field.
Experience in non-profit human services programs a plus.

Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Attendance at meetings, events, etc. as required.
About the Role:
Actively participate in the annual creation of the Development Plan and identify primary role for Coordinator
Develop, in conjunction with Senior Manager, Development, expense and revenue budgets for multiple development initiatives, aligned with overall Development Plan
Analyze development progress to goals, in collaboration with Senior Manager, Development, and recommend adjustments and improvements to ensure goal achievement
