Salary: $45.00 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Registered Dietitian
Outpatient Peds Experience and experience working with families is required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid NJ License or Compact License
  

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Patient Mix/Skill Requirements: Pediatrics and Adults, includes order-writing privileges for diets and tube feedings. Assess patient nutritional status, develop and implement nutritional care plans and educate patients and family members about prescribed diets and nutritional information, A registered Dietitian is responsible for the assessment/reassessment of patients at nutritional risk as per the standards of CMS, NJDOH, TJC, education/documentation in the EMR for all patients at nutrition risk as well as documentation of ASPEN criteria for malnutrition. Reviews medical records, assesses patient needs, and initiates appropriate nutritional therapy to provide optimal care, evaluated based on chart audits and clinical competency evaluation
