A Leading Company in Travel seeking a Digital Content Owner in Atlanta, GA

Role Description

Global Learning, Leadership and Development (GLLD) has an opening for a Specialist, Digital Content Engagement who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and who will assist in the execution of the digital learning content strategy which will provide world class learning experiences for our front-line organization. As the Specialist, Digital Content Engagment you will be responsible for leading digital learning content projects to partner with the business and vendors to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning and performance programs.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research and curate instructional content from various sources (vendor-partners, web, LMS, etc) to support the digital content strategy.
  • Create, manage and update content catalogs for proper identifiers (taxonomies).
  • Tag content so that it appears in appropriate searches and catalogs
  • Works with iGrow Developer to include digital content changes and updates required on iGrow (monthly scheduled updates, Skill Builders, Growth Paths, etc)
  • Partner with the Project Leader, Communications to curate content for social SkyHub channel and other communication channels
  • Provide troubleshooting and user support of digital content
  • Maintains knowledge of current learning delivery methods and technical skills associated with training development. Ensures consist
Skills & Requirement
  • Experience curating content through various modalities and managing content metadata.
  • Proficiency in the following skills is also required: project coordination, content curation, research, content writing, and MS Office/Teams
  • Fully competent in optimizing own workload, demonstrating openness and self-confidence, driving customer-based business strategies, demonstrates eagerness to learn and seeks out feedback, understands the organization, partners well, works to achieve the best results, accepts and builds accountability, uses judgment and common sense, adopts systems thinking, demonstrates emotional intelligence.
