Remote EST Hours

12+ month contract with intention to eventually convert to permanent employee

Position Description:

Creating copy for website and communications

Creating, preparing and writing emails/texts to consumer

Brainstorm, Research, Draft, Edit, Proofread, Test

Communicating with internal teams (admin, operations, clinical, marketing, platform owners, web design team)

Taking feedback and applying as needed to work

Understanding and reading data (not developing but using data to prioritize)

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree

4+ years experience with UX Content or Content writing

Healthcare- understanding of patient portals

User/Content testing
