Apply now for the position of Digital Marketing Operations Specialist and you will advance your digital marketing career in a fast-paced global B2B environment.

Your role:

• You assist the team with digital marketing campaign coordination, leveraging tools such as Percolate and MS Teams and working with vendors like translators, designers, and 3rd-party media agency to ensure campaign materials are developed and localized according to a well-managed project plan.
• You assist with the development of new or updated webpages through keyword research and SEO consultation and construction within the CMS, working with relevant stakeholders.
• You help with campaign reporting and manage lead intake, receiving leads and new opt-ins from external sources such as webinars and product listings, and entering them into marketing automation tools.
• You help manage webinar projects for the business area, liaising with vendors and stakeholders to coordinate activities, materials, and processes around them.
• You perform general website maintenance, related to IA, UX, SEO, and other updates which may need to be updated.
• You consult stakeholders on writing for the web, including landing pages, SEO content, emails, social media, and search.

Your expertise:

• You are completing studies or pursuing a career in Marketing, Digital Marketing, International Business, or Communications.
• You have a background in online copywriting and developing content that converts for omnichannel campaigns, including search engine optimization, demand generation, UX, paid digital advertising, and other digital channels.
• You are comfortable with analytics reporting vis-à-vis digital channels, including bounce rates, conversions, and other basic statistical analysis.
• You have very strong analytic and presentation skills, and you show team orientation, and a data-driven, results-oriented approach. Ability to speak a language other than English is a plus.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in Medtech, Healthcare, and other STEM B2B industries in highly regulated spaces is a plus, or a commensurate background.

The pay range for this position is $78,668 - $108,196 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is 6% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
