What You'll Do

In response to our growing business needs, we are excited to announce the creation of a new position Digital Marketing Specialist. This position plays a key support role within the Digital Marketing team,assisting the Digital Campaign Manager with management and analysis of paid media campaignsinclusive of programmatic display, paid search and paid social for Wilson's Family of Brands (WFOB):wilson.com, demarini.com, slugger.com, evoshield.com, atecsports.com, and luxilon.com.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Programmatic:

  • Support the Digital Campaign Manager in day-to-day execution of programmatic campaigns including filling insertion orders, setting up creative and distributing tags
  • Implement testing initiatives such as 3rd party audiences, creative, placements and network selection
  • Monitor campaigns daily to ensure the account is pacing well relative to budgets and targets
  • Provide ongoing reporting to key stakeholders complete with recommended actions to improve efficiency, traffic, and revenue growth
  • Analyze campaign performance for actionable insights depending on performance and agreed upon KPIs
SEM:
  • Support day-to-day execution of paid search and shopping campaigns including keyword research, bid management, search query reports, ad copy and landing page testing, data feed management and troubleshooting
  • Provide ongoing reporting for paid search and shopping complete with recommended actions to improve agreed upon KPIs
  • Partner with BU marketing teams to ensure copy and testing reflects current initiatives
Paid Social:
  • Provide support for day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns including campaign builds, data feed management, creative testing implementation and measurement
  • Partner with BU marketing teams to ensure audiences and other testing reflects current initiatives
  • Provide ongoing reporting to key stakeholders for paid search and social complete with recommended actions to improve upon agreed KPIs

What We're Looking For

This role requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, web analytics and/or e-commerce with a focus on programmatic marketing.

Other qualifications include:
  • Operational knowledge of Google and Bing Ads; Google Ads Certified
  • Operational knowledge of Facebook & Instagram (Business Manager), TikTok and Snap Ads
  • Intermediate operational knowledge of Campaign Manager and DV360
  • Intermediate operational knowledge of Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager
  • Prior experience with onboarding platforms like LiveRamp preferred
  • Prior experience with CDPs (e.g. Adobe Experience Platform) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
