Our client, a rapidly expanding technology company, is seeking an entry-level Contracting Associate to join their team in Center City Philadelphia! This team is responsible for connecting with clients to verify data, provide updates, and help solve problems creatively. A strong eye for details is a must!

About You:

• 1+ year of professional experience (internships count!)
• Bachelor's Degree required for this role
• High attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• The ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
• Prior investigative/researching experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

The Job:

• Investigate current issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Research and analyze customer data to facilitate outreach and resolution efforts
• Manage and organize work queue to provide efficient customer service
• Speak with customers to review their requests and document resolution progress
• Fast track underwriting, onboard new accounts, set up pricing, and complete updates to existing accounts
• Will work both independently, and collaboratively with a team on a variety of different projects
