If you are a Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, Home Health aide and have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on individuals lives by encouraging, mentoring and coaching others to achieve their goals - this is the opportunity for you as we are hiring immediately!

Earn a minimum of $21.25 / hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay Option and potential Weekend Shift Differentials.

The DSP - Specialized carries an enhanced rate due to the additional training and credentials required to maintain employment in this role.

The Ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age

• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.

• A valid drivers license is required

• 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities

• Dual Diagnosis experience is preferred

• NADD DSP Certification training within first year of employment
