Overview
The Director of College Parnterships is the primary relationship owner between our collegiate institution partners and our omni-channel portfolio of consumer brands. The position's primary responsibility is to manage college partnerships that drive revenue for our partners and ourselves by leveraging our unique portfolio of consumer brands and our significant and predominantly owned supply chain. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day business relationship with our institution and agency partners, providing management oversight for the use of partner intellectual property, negotiation and management of licensing agreements, college brand partnership strategy development and execution, calendarized engagements with partners (business, line, marketing reviews), and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Product Line Management, Finance, Legal and the office and resources of the Chief Sustainability Officer.
