We are an 11 year old commercial General Contractor based out of the Chicago area! Our projects include everything from ground up construction to small office renovations.

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager ready to take their next big step into leadership as a Director of Construction Operations!
What You Will Be Doing Responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Primary responsibility for all oversight of construction operations
- Manage teams on our projects
- Ensure project safety at all times
- Overall profitability, completion and smoothness of projects
- Labor forecasting
- Maintain excellent relationships with subcontractors & clients
- Coordinate projects with PM's, PE's and Supers
- "Client first" culture
- Complete monthly WIP schedules & monthly management report
- Full understanding of construction management softwares
- Review employee performance
- Communicate company goals, standards & procedures effectively to staff
- Mentor staff
What You Need for this Position - 7+ years of Project Management experience with commercial GC
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Track record of growth within construction industry
- Tech savvy
- Strong decision making & problem solving skills
- Passionate, assertive, loyal, honest, self-starter, positive attitude
