Director of Product We are a well-funded startup company poised to disrupt an industry centered in and around the sports, entertainment, and live event marketplaces.

We are looking for a Director of Product to come in at the ground level to help lead the delivery of our product to market. As the first product hire, we need someone who is going to hit the ground running. Youll take charge in defining product features & functions and work closely with developers to deliver.
What You Will Be Doing - Lead the collaborative work effort with all stakeholders to identify business and product opportunities, prioritize features and functions, define scope, and then iterate on these to get agreement among all stakeholders on product roadmap.
- Create functional description documents, task descriptions, test plans and other process documents to communicate product functionality to stakeholders and the engineering team.
- Direct internal and contract UX and graphic design resources.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog and development tasks.
- Play a key role in the agile implementation process that includes managing process elements, answering questions on functionality, and reviewing/testing functionality.
- Use metrics to define and evaluate success of product features and the business more broadly.
Regularly interact with external and internal users as a product expert, answering questions, providing help and collaborating on user documentation.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years Product Management experience (mobile & responsive web apps)
- Experience working on applications that integrate 3rd party systems
- Experience working on complex SaaS products
- Experience working closely with Engineering teams to deliver product
- Startup experience
- UI/UX knowledge
