Director of Product Management If you are a Director of Product Management with 5+ years of experience hiring, leading, and developing teams, please read on! We're currently looking to hire a Director of Product Management to be responsible for product development, conceptual design, team growth, as well as business, regulatory and technical requirements definitions of our products.

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to join our team alongside our CTO, CEO, COO, and Head of Client Services to manage and grow a team of product managers, while Ideating, developing, and launching features that simplify our product.

We deal with Government Innovation, Open Government, Federal Government, and Civic Tech and are expanding rapidly. Due to continued company growth we are currently hiring for someone to join our team in San Francisco, we offer competitive pay, flexible remote work, and unlimited PTO!

What You Will Be Doing -Hiring, managing, and growing a team of Product Managers.
-Create, develop, and launch features that simplify our product
-Lead new feature development and design
-Working alongside our CTO, CEO, COO, and Head of Client Services
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of Product Management experience
- 2+ years experience hiring, training and mentoring other product managers
- experience building product performance dashboards
- experience running longitudinal a/b testing experiments to validate strategies
- experience writing user stories with concrete, and complete acceptance criteria
- experience with lean frameworks
