Location: Must reside in Iowa, preferably near Des Moines, IA

Directs the activities related to the Provider Experience through the development and maintenance of the company's physician and provider delivery system in Iowa.

How you will make an impact:

  • Directs the communication and complaint resolution strategies between physicians, hospitals, members, and the public.
  • Responsible for achieving individual and team performance goals/metrics, has department budget accountability.
  • May lead Provider Advisory Group meetings with external providers, to secure valuable and actionable feedback on company initiatives.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Requires a BA/BS degree in business or related health field and a minimum of 7 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • 25 - 50% travel
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences in addition the above requirements:
  • Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) experience
  • Previous experience with Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), value based payment programs, network development and training providers.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state HCBS regulations.
  • Previous leadership experience, including building a team is preferred.
  • Electronic visit verification knowledge preferred.
