Our client, a growing PR firm in NYC, is looking to hire a Diversity Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team. In this role, your primary focus will be to source qualified talent to fill the company's needs with the particular goal of increasing diversity within the organization. Daily responsibilities will include managing full lifecycle recruiting and bringing innovative ideas that proactively further the company's recruiting efforts. Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in PR or Media
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for sourcing highly skilled and diverse talent
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the recruiting process
