Overview

Exciting opportunity to build, implement and evolve a Learning & Development team and strategy by partnering and collaborating with company leaders to identify needs and by working side by side with all team members to execute and positively contribute to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and evolve an L&D strategy that aligns with the company's culture and strategic goals
• Assess and prioritize L&D needs and partner cross-functionally to develop career paths to continuously enhance engagement, productivity and effectiveness
• Creatively source and develop learning content
• Continually evaluate and update our Learning Management System content and other educational material to contribute to team member success
• Assist with succession planning to support the company's continued growth
• Work collaboratively within the Human Resources team to promote a high level of customer service and employee engagement
• Develop, monitor and communicate L&D metrics to foster awareness and continuous improvement
• Create and manage an L&D budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years relevant work experience, retail experience a plus
• Strong cultural awareness and business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization with integrity, transparency and authenticity
• Ability to manage confidential information with a high level of sensitivity and accuracy
• Maintains a positive, professional demeanor in all interactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Flexible, adaptable, creative and team-oriented
• Anticipates well, takes initiative and able to be strategic and tactical to make impact
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun environment
