OVERVIEW

Location: Remote, United States

As a Data Analyst V,you will create and enforce policies for effective data management, formulate techniques for quality data collection, devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis, establish data sharing rules, and support others in the daily use of data systems. You will also monitor and analyze information and data systems, troubleshoot data-related problems, and ensure data security and integrity.

The proposed salary range for this position is $95,000-$135,000 There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, extract, and expand identification information from documents to facilitate proper filing by technical, programmatic, and process criteria; document change requests, data release requests, data storage systems, and document control practices; analyze and recommend changes in policy and application of existing data management processes.
  • Documenting and delivering file plans.
  • Maintaining a variety of electronic files and websites utilizing web-based applications
  • Analyzing and recommending data requirements and specifications
  • Designing, normalizing, developing, installing, and implementing databases
  • Maintaining, monitoring, performance tuning, backup, and recovery of databases
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining database management systems software
  • Analyzing and planning for anticipated changes in data capacity requirements
  • Developing and administering data standards, policies, and procedures
  • Developing and implementing data mining and data warehousing programs
  • Evaluating and providing recommendations on new database technologies and architectures
  • Ensuring the rigorous application of information security/ cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of data management services
  • Performing MS SharePoint administration duties. Responsible for providing technical support for the SharePoint environment including assessment and implementation of new capabilities. Duties may include:
Configuring SharePoint services and settings, Documenting SharePoint configuration and architecture, Managing site quotas and file size limits, Reviewing and monitoring usage reports, Managing content databases and creating new ones as required, Administering and maintaining sites, Managing site layout structure and content, and Providing SharePoint support to end users.
  • Support operational strategies aligned within your program and initiatives that optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure quality across all program functions.
  • Ensure 100% of planned hours are worked and recorded.
  • Identify and forward to your leadership any opportunities that could lead to growth within your work area.
  • Ensure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Completes personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on)
  • Within your program, build productive and positive professional relationships with clients.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Clearance: Eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance
  • Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 15+ years of experience or a Master's with 10-13 years of experience.

KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA)
  • Experience in creating,extracting,and expanding identification information from documents to facilitate proper filing by technical,programmatic,and process criteria, document change requests, data release requests, data storage systems, document control practices (experience)
  • Experience with Product Data Management software/tools
  • Commercial Configuration/Data Management certification from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., NDIA, CMII, CMPIC)
