SUMMARY:
Maintaining and improving the warranty return process for electrical components focused on brushed and brushless blower motors
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform Warranty analysis process of return parts - including logging, testing, documenting results, and communicating with the supply base.
- Improve warranty process by
- Developing and documenting new test set-ups for electrical components
- Support development of HVAC electrical components
- Create and run new electrical test procedures
- Performance test on engineering samples
- Fabricate wire harnesses/controllers
- Engineering data analysis and reporting
- Aditional, projects will be assigned as workload allows
- Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited university
- Major: Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering Technology
- Class Standing: Sophomore, Junior, Senior
- Skills: Oscilloscope Experience
- Overall GPA must be a 3.0 or higher
