What You Will Be Doing - Managing teams on various projects
- Focusing on leadership for safety and environmental programs
- Monitor costs, reporting, and forecasting
- Maintain all labor, materials, and equipment
- Coordinating field administration
- Subcontractor management
- Mentor and train field labor
What You Need for this Position - A proven track record of delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget
- Journeyman Trade Certification in a related Construction trade will be a plus
- Ability to run a crew of up to 20-50 people
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Advanced knowledge of the Building Codes
- Leadership Skills
- Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, CPR First Aid
