Job Summary:

Evenings (3:00pm-11:00pm), rotating weekends and holidays

The Environmental Services Supervisor coordinates, plans and manages the operational activities, administrative functions, customer relations and personnel of the Environmental Services, and Laundry/Linen Department. Maintains a pleasant, comfortable and safe environment for patients, staff and visitors. Supports the hospital mission, and observes hospital core job values with respect to Service Excellence Standards, work quality, productivity teamwork and initiative.

What we need from you:

• Associate Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience in the field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years experience in Healthcare Environmental Service's management preferred.
• Experience with planning, organizing and supervising activities of staff required.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to be a team player required.
• Time management and decision making skills required.
• Leadership, motivational, organizational, planning and team building skills required.
