Equipment Repair Coordinator (MA, Boston)

Scheduling road repairs ,in shop repairs, preventative maintenance
Work closely with the parts department to order parts and coordinate pickup or delivery
Work with local supervisors to prioritize repairs needed
Audit mechanics repair orders to ensure labor and parts are scanned out accordingly
Keep track of in shop and in field mechanics in the localized area
Report, schedule and forecast repairs and maintenance on a daily basis to the fleet manager
Position is based out of our Dorchester, MA headquarters and requires travel to service areas in the Worcester/Springfield, MA region several times per week using a company vehicle
