EverCommerce is looking for an experienced B2B lifecycle marketer to join our team as a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing. In this role, you'll lead the Lifecycle Team in driving strategic growth initiatives for our solution brands. The ideal candidate should have proven success building and running a variety of lifecycle/retention marketing programs through email (Marketo), chat, in-app & push messaging, and SMS.
You:
You are passionate about developing lifecycle marketing programs from the ground up to grow both new and existing revenue. You're an experienced leader who knows how to scale your team's people, processes, and systems to deliver high-performing campaigns in a fast-paced, high-growth company. You have several years of Marketo experience and feel comfortable leading the implementation of the tool. You're passionate about developing and implementing marketing automation strategies to move prospects through the funnel, ultimately driving lifelong brand advocates.

The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.
What you'll be doing:
As a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the Lifecycle Team, who serve as the subject matter experts for all things marketing automation and lifecycle marketing for EverCommerce's solution brands. Team projects and areas of expertise include Marketo implementations, lead nurture strategy, customer upsell and retention strategies, marketing compliance, and chatbot implementations. You and the team will continue to develop and champion the use of email and marketing automation best practices across 40+ solution brands.
You'll report to the Director of Digital Media and regularly work cross-functionally with several teams including Operations, Design, Web Development, Marketing Managers, and Legal to drive and support revenue-generating initiatives for our solution brands.
