BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Executive Assistant in Boston, MA 02108.

Job Title: PCDI Executive Assistant
Location: Boston, MA 02108
Expected Duration: 6 Months contract
Shift: Monday through Friday

Position Description:
The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant is to provide efficient and effective support to all essential functions within the Payment and Care Delivery Innovation office at MassHealth.
The primary function of the Executive Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Chief Payment and Care Delivery Innovation PCDI Officer. The Executive Assistant will also support calendar management for direct reports to the Chief PCDI Officer 6 FTEs b. scheduling meetings c. compiling meeting materials on regular basis d. maintaining a database of contacts and correspondence and ensuring all inquiries are responded to in a timely manner e. coordinating materials for speaking engagements for providing first draft review to support hiring process g. supporting the teams hiring process outreach to candidates sharing of pre-reading material scheduling interviews and corresponding with HR to move the hiring process forward g. receiving calls process and disseminating information accurately and timely and h. coordinating other office assignments as required.

Duties
* Manages all administrative programs and communications for the PCDI office responds to constituent inquiries prepares documents presentations and reports for the Chief PCDI Officer and their direct reporting staff provides oversight and direction of administrative functions for the agency.
* Manages the calendars of staff directly reporting to Chief PCDI Officer maintains open and consistent communications across the agency.
* Supports the PCDI office with travel bookings expense reporting processing IT forms requesting IT support
* Provides occasional MassHealth front desk coverage
* Support the hiring process for the PCDI office
* Identifies problem-resolution strategies and identifies strategies for operational efficiency execute agency goals prepares reports and analysis as needed

Skills:
Knowledge of HRCMS system, Desired | Knowledge of management principles and practices, Desired | Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment, Highly desired | Familiarity with WebEx and other video conferencing platforms, Highly desired | Ability to understand, apply, and explain pertinent laws, rules, regulations, policies, and programs, Desired | Ability to develop long-range plans and programs and evaluate work performance., Desired | Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, Desired | Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form, Desired | Ability to work independently and collaboratively, Desired | Skilled in problem-solving, consensus building, conflict resolution, and team building, Desired | Ability to mediate conflicts, coordinate competing interests, and work under time constraints, Desired | Ability to design and implement business and change management processes, Desired | Full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional, administrative, supervisory, or managerial experience, Required4Years | Supervisory or managerial experience, Required2Years
