Executive Assistant to $95K! - Great Benefits!

A successful consulting firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support high-level executives! This is a key role to this team and the ideal candidate has Bachelor's degree, five or more years of relevant executive assistant experience, high attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, deep expertise with Outlook, Excel and Word, high ethics and the ability to manage confidential information, is a fast learner and can work in various systems. In this role, you will schedule meetings and maintain calendars, prepare and reconcile expense reports, coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for both international and domestic business travel, correspond independently and professionally with team members and clients, handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion, coordinate meeting set-up, event planning as needed, and other special projects as requested.
