Executive Assistant New, direct-hire opportunity with an emerging biotech in SSF for an experienced Executive Assistant due to company growth!

*Job type: * W2, Direct-hire
*Location: * Hybrid remote (3 days onsite required / week)
*Salary: * ~$90-130K base + annual bonus + pre-IPO stock options + full benefits
*Reports to: * CEO

What You Will Be Doing *Primary focus:*
- Support the executive team: CEO, Chief Medical Officer, SVP of Research, Chief Business Officer, and Head of Finance
- Manage complex and changeable C-Level executive calendars, ad-hoc meetings, and board of directors meetings
- Calendar scheduling including agenda preparation for internal and external visitors or staff
- Interface with key external contacts such as customers, vendors, and investors

*Secondary responsibilities now or in the future:*
- Organize and coordinate company travel as needed
- Organize company and business lunches
- Provide reception duties
- Assist G&A team with office and breakroom supply management
- Plan and execute employee engagement endeavors (i.e. decorating office for holidays, potlucks, collaborative activities, etc.)
- Take meeting minutes as needed
- Other general administrative and clerical duties
What You Need for this Position - Associate's degree or equivalent relevant job experience
- 5+ years' experience in administration support
- 2+ years' prior experience assisting executives
- 2+ years' biotechnology / pharmaceuticals industry experience
- Computer savvy, able to use MS Office at an average level or higher
- Ability to work onsite 3 days per week
