Our client, a growing biotechnology company, is seeking an Executive Director of HR to join their team in Westchester, NY. In this role your responsibilities will include overseeing all benefits and compensation programing, maintaining the HRIS system, partnering with leadership to develop DE&I initiatives, and managing RFP processes. Other day to day tasks will include overseeing employee relations and managing recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, knowledge of DE&I best practices, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent relationship building skills, experience developing and implementing HR programs, strong leadership and decision making capabilities, and excellent problem solving skills.
