Responsible for establishing protocols and disciplinary knowledge to establish implement and evaluate a patient's heart rhythm assessment needs.

  • Apply & perform holter, event, MCT , 24 hr. BP monitors & 12 lead ECG' adhering to professional standards and departmental policy.
  • Documents patient care according to professional standards and departmental guidelines.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of intervention options and supports all administrative aspects of report generation and processing.
  • Actively participates in quality improvement program development and assumes responsibility for professional development of self and contributes to and assists with the professional development of others.
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Position Compensation Range: $19.88 - $30.81 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology
Experience: No experience required
Licensure: American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification required within six months of hire.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping/traveling. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs. May be exposed to blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
