WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Facilities Manager.The Facilities Manager supports the VP, Corporate Facilities Manager in the delivery of support for building operations to the organization. This position is a key component to the Facility Management Department to ensure the highest levels of quality and service delivery are delivered within the organization to provide an operationally efficient and safe environment for Customers and Associates. The incumbent will work with the Facilities Coordinator for equipment and facility service calls from internal applicants and will dispatch in-house Maintenance Technicians or outside vendors to complete the service request in an expeditious manner. The incumbent will process facility and equipment invoices and allocate charges to the user department. The incumbent will perform regular site inspections of facilities in their allocated region and develop plans for improvements and renovations. The incumbent is expected to respond to after hours and emergency events occurring at their facility and coordinate the appropriate response. The incumbent will manage small to medium capital improvement projects at the direction of the VP Facilities. The incumbent will assist in the development and the ongoing upkeep of a comprehensive facility database for all Bank locations. The incumbent will assist in all budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting.
This is a full-time, 40-hr work week M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This position is located at our Bank Place in Philadelphia, PA.
