Job Description

• Assist the team to ensure all campus heating and cooling equipment operates as should,
• Perform routine PM's on equipment.
• Assist with repairs to current equipment and new equipment installs.
• Complete all work in a timely manner.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess:

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• 1 year minimum HVAC experience required.
• Comfortable regularly using computers.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills is a plus.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm On rotating maintenance on-call schedule.. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PAare encouraged to apply. Will train on an earlier shift for an extended amount of time.
