Job Description Summary
The Asset Farm Manager will oversee a portfolio of 30 - 40 farm properties on behalf of an owner or client. The manager must follow the management agreement and achieve the owner's or client's goals. The manager also oversees the farm operations, tracks the financial performance, and reports on the status of each property regularly while complying with OCC regulation.
Job Description

As a farm real estate asset manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of farm properties in different market segments. You will negotiate and document lease agreements with tenants on properties including permanent crops (nuts, vineyards), seasonal crops (vegetables, berries, grains, grasses, flowers) and cattle operations to maximize income for clients. You will perform farm inspections and reviews to ensure properties are properly maintained and utilized at their highest value. You will develop plans and budgets for capital improvement projects and supervise them until completion. You will work with client teams to provide semi-annual reviews for clients. You will travel as needed to meet with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders. You will also oversee the compliance and regulatory aspects of the properties, such as OCC and Federal requirements, asset reviews, inspections, and valuations. You will handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines and timelines. You will negotiate the best value for acquisitions and dispositions. You will work with various service providers, such as vendors, contractors, property managers, appraisers, and brokers, to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of all projects and deliverables. You will perform other related duties as required or requested.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $93,500.00 - $110,000.00
