Job Description:

The Testing Center is seeking (2) Federal Work Study students at 15 hours each per week for the Fall 2021/Spring 2022 terms. Duties include: provide customer service; provided coverage during the lunch hour for the Testing Coordinator; answer the phone; filing; typing; schedule appointments; refer students to available resources; computer work using Microsoft Office tools; run the scantron machine; proctor exams given in the testing center; run routine errands; and assist in various projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required. Ability to work effectively with student, faculty, and staff; willing to accept instructions and learn new skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; outstanding organizational and time management skills; willingness to work as part of a team; and be willing to learn new computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Minimum Salary or Salary Range:

$11.00 per hour

This position will be subject to a pre-employment criminal, sex-offender registry background check. In cases where pre-determined, an additional financial/credit history/ background check may be required as well. Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed, will be excluded.
