Essential Job Functions
Customer Care:

Performs a variety of duties associated with providing a high level of customer service. This includes customer contact (in person, via phone, and via email), payment processing, miscellaneous/adjustments, other related administrative functions.

Coordinates schedules for truck drivers to ensure work is being performed timely. Sends and changes schedules for drivers so that their work is preformed efficiently.

Answer office phones and assist, customers, contractors, vendors, builders etc. and provide pertinent information. Coordinate mail delivery and sending mail via FedEx as needed.
Miscellaneous:

Processes all bills and invoices for customers. Work Order closing and coordination with Accounting Department. Including but not limited to creation of fixed asset sheets and work order balancing.

Coordination of filing hard copies and electronic copies for documents associated with work performed.

Execute and refine quality assurance and control procedures that ensure the services produced by the department meet requirements.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Courses in basic bookkeeping, business English, spreadsheets, and word processing preferred.
Experience
  • One to two years of related experience.
  • Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Enterprise Resource Planning software a plus.
