Job Title: Field Quality Specialist

Job Summary:

The Field Quality Specialist is responsible for assessing markets throughout the U.S. and where necessary, facilitating remediation and/or subcontractor training in support of a high-profile national client. While based out of a home office, the FQS will travel frequently to meet with clients, EMCOR Facility Managers and/or landscape companies to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations. The FQS partners with Account Management and Operations teams in relationship management to support the client. This individual assists with vendor training, on-boarding and building relationships with crews and will serve as a key point of contact. The FQS will document results of tours with photographs and assessments via portal and will also assist with developing project plans after tours with Facility Managers and subcontractors to ensure we are meeting specific customer needs at any given location. This role will be key in driving customer satisfaction in the field and helping the team to meet or beat established KPIs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Visits sites, as needed, in markets where there are landscape issues
  • Provides on-site crew training
  • Drives operational service performance of suppliers inclusive of training and on-site visits
  • Meets and tours with EMCOR Account Management as they visit markets
  • Works closely with internal service team to drive customer service and resolutions
  • Reviews contracted services and frequencies with Account Management to find opportunity for additional services or scope modifications
  • Any other duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • Minimum BS/BA degree in Business related field or the equivalent in education and work experience. Degree/Certification in landscaping preferred
  • Landscape experience preferred. Strong operational and training experience and previous background in facilities services management preferred
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record required. Valid Passport
  • Bi-lingual communication skills (Spanish/English) a plus
  • MS Office skills with the ability to operate an iPad
  • Ability to travel 2-3 weeks out of the month out of home state
  • Ability to manage work orders through multiple CMMS, logging updates to drive identified work to completion within SLA
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers to work with and meet or exceed their expectations. Present a professional image to internal/external customers
