Job Title: Field Quality Specialist
Job Summary:
The Field Quality Specialist is responsible for assessing markets throughout the U.S. and where necessary, facilitating remediation and/or subcontractor training in support of a high-profile national client. While based out of a home office, the FQS will travel frequently to meet with clients, EMCOR Facility Managers and/or landscape companies to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations. The FQS partners with Account Management and Operations teams in relationship management to support the client. This individual assists with vendor training, on-boarding and building relationships with crews and will serve as a key point of contact. The FQS will document results of tours with photographs and assessments via portal and will also assist with developing project plans after tours with Facility Managers and subcontractors to ensure we are meeting specific customer needs at any given location. This role will be key in driving customer satisfaction in the field and helping the team to meet or beat established KPIs.
