What We Are Looking For

The Finance Analyst is responsible for analyzing and reporting on financial results and providing the business with system and analytic support. They assist with data analysis to ensure cost-effective structure and process improvements which reduce operating costs, and improve profitability and productivity. The Finance Analyst interprets and explains information to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter and adapts style to differing audiences. This role requires strong organization and communication skills, while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
  • Analyze financial data and forecasts including monthly Financial Reviews, Profit & Loss Statements, Budget vs. Actual, and Landed Cost
  • Lead the development of annual financial budgets for the region including headcount, capital, accruals, growth, expenses, and profit
  • Coordinate with regional management to review budget targets, align initiatives with the appropriated budget, and lead efforts to resolve budget issues
  • Ensure accurate assignment and allocation of costs by account, department, and product line
  • Utilize business and financial data to create reports to support business objectives
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and capabilities across the business
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and new business opportunities

What You Will Bring
  • Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or Business or related field
  • Years of Experience: 0-4 years
