Finance Assistant to 60K! - Become a Key Player in Successful Company!

A life sciences supply chain management company is seeking a hardworking finance assistant to support the growth of the company as well as other related entities. In this role, the finance assistant will support the finance manager, becoming a key player in this rapidly growing company. Responsibilities will include accounts payable, ensuring bills are entered and paid, accounts receivable, handling invoices, assisting with the month end close as needed, supporting HR administrative tasks, supporting employee onboarding, payroll, and benefits, and more. The ideal candidate has a year or more of experience in a finance or accounting role, proficiency with CRM and ERP tools, has a customer-first approach, is a fast learner with excellent organizational and time management skills, has strong verbal and written communication, exceptional interpersonal skills, and can multitask in a fast paced environment with great attention to detail.
