Description:

West Capital Management is a fast growing, independent, fee only Registered Investment Advisor (“RIA”) serving as a multi-family office for clients advising on investment, tax, estate, retirement, asset protection, and cash flow needs. West Capital Management has been experiencing significant organizational growth and currently oversees approximately $1.2 billion in assets with $640 million in assets under discretionary management for approximately 300 families.

The Financial Administrator will work directly with our Advisory and Wealth Planning team. The incumbent will be responsible for vital aspects of the West Capital client experience and, therefore, must demonstrate administration expertise in one or more of the following areas: client paperwork, report construction, cashiering, client onboarding, workflow oversight, and client communication relating to the Administrator’s responsibilities. The Financial Administrator will have the ability to grow through exposure to the sophisticated planning needs of our high-net-worth clients, as well as increased operational responsibility within a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate client data is collected and entered in the Firm’s systems and technology
  • Assist with custodial account opening, account maintenance, and cashiering
  • Prepare client paperwork across multiple custodians and investment managers
  • Manage the new client implementation process
  • Provide support to Advisory and Wealth Planning teams
  • Construct custom client reports and presentation materials
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited University
  • Minimum 1-2 years in Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or related industry that required accurate processing of paperwork or monetary transactions
  • Must be detail orientated, self-motivated, and highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities in a fast pace, team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM
  • Demonstrate the ability to be a team player while performing duties with minimal oversight
