Your new company
Hays Property have partnered with a leading international Property Owner and Operator, who are looking to hire for a Financial & Operations Manager to lead the group's asset management strategy across their Northeast portfolio of commercial Class A Office assets. This is a hybrid opportunity, with HQ located in Boston.

Your new role
As the Financial & Operations Manager, you will work closely with the internal Asset Management and Accounting teams, as well as third party property managers, to ensure efficient financial operations across the regional portfolio. Duties will include but not limited to oversight of financial reporting from third party managers, implement and manage timelines for budgets, on-boarding of accounting for new assets and third party managers, preparing financial statements, leading the charge for across the portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed

• In depth knowledge of accounting terminology within property management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products, as well as Yardi.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage your schedule in order to meet deadlines.
