RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of all SEC reporting; Maintain compliance with SEC and US GAAP requirements
• Accurately prepare external filings
• Oversee quarterly and annual reporting
• Maintain relationship with auditors
• Participate in technical accounting tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Masters preferred
• CPA preferred
• 4+ years of experience in large public accounting firm with SEC clients and/or private industry with SEC responsibilities
