The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics department of Food and Nutrition Services is seeking a Food Worker to perform general food preparation duties using standardized recipes and procedures, as well as clean preparation areas and equipment.

Duties to include :

• FORMTEXT Assemble patient trays
  
• Retrieve various food items from the Ala Carte kitchen
  
• Portion cold food items for Patient Tray Assembly
  
• Deliver patient trays

Percent of Time: 50%

Schedule: 6:30am - 10:30am Monday - Friday, Rotating weekends.

Location: General Hospital

Salary: $16.48/hr
