The FPT Service Trainer for AG&CE Machines will join the Global Training Team to design, generate and deliver the services committed, exceeding Regional AGCE customer expectation both in timing and quality. This person will cooperate closely with Regional FPT & Off Highway Aftersales Departments to identify training needs in existing services and processes. The ideal person will be located in the southern region of the US.

• Designing, tailoring, communicating, and supporting FPT Strategic Training Program both in terms of content and revenues/costs for AGCE.
• Run the design, preparation, and delivery (through relevant physical/virtual channel) of the Training courses for dealers and AGCE technicians, field personnel and internal company personnel.
• Ensure Program timelines meet and exceed customer expectations including participants pre-post testing, standard course evaluations, important metric calculations and Follow Up.
• Keep constant communications with Customers and Dealers, to address any opportunity for improvement
• Participate with our global Product Support team including both managers and other experienced professionals towards execution of department objectives, and attainment of critical metrics.
• Manage travel, supporting material and equipment logistics for onsite and offsite training courses.
• Position pays $56,000 - $70,000

• Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree will consider a High School Diploma with an additional 5+ years of experience in engine/machine diagnostics and 5+ years of service or training experience
• 5+ years of engine/machine diagnostics
• 5+ years of service/training experience
• 50% travel required
• Prior experience with training material content development preferred
