A healthcare technology company is looking for a front office coordinator to join their team as their office opens back up! This person will be responsible for being the face of the office as well as helping with things behind the scenes. It's a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing Austin company!

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, answer phones, and issue badges
• Coordinate with vendors, maintain office inventory, and manage shipping and receiving
• Work with other employees on any ad-hoc projects as needed!

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
